Joining the Grant Professionals Association – Orange County

GPAOC offers an effective opportunity to enhance your development as a grant professional. Chapter members represent education, government, and the nonprofit sector and private enterprise, which in turn offers members a chance to create a robust working knowledge of  grant-related competencies.

Building your professional network is vital to your career, but not the only resource GPAOC offers. Our chapter provides relevant and useful information through panel discussions, presentations, member information sharing, and available funding opportunities and jobs are often identified and discussed, keeping members well informed.

There are many possibilities for becoming involved in the chapter including programming, membership development, panel participation, presenters, officer seats and relationships that can act as stepping-stones to involvement in the national organizations: Grant Professionals Association (GPA), the Grant Professionals Certification Institute (GPCI) and/or Grant Professionals Foundation (GPF).

Your membership in the GPA Orange County chapter can make you a better grant professional by becoming more knowledgeable, more connected and it can put more resources at your fingertips. Membership to GPA is annual and entitles you to all the member benefits. You will receive a renewal form each year about one month before your membership expiration date.
